Privacy Notice

1.) All your data (form of address, name, address, email, telephone number, fax number, bank account) according to the provisions of the German Data Protection Act.

2.) Your personal data is used exclusively for the execution of contracts concluded between us, e.g. to deliver goods to the address indicated by you. Your data is not used for the purpose of advertisement, market research or a customized design of our offers.

3.) After the complete execution of the contract, which also includes the full payment of the agreed purchase price, your data, which has to be stored for legal reasons, will be blocked. This data will not be available for further use. Furthermore, your data will be deleted, if you have not expressly agreed to a further processing and use of your data. In this case, you can fetch the stored data, have it modified or deleted. You can revoke your consent at any time.
